The challenge

WhatsApp gets harder to manage as your business grows.

What starts as a single WhatsApp number turns into several numbers, a set of templates, a lot of messages, and a steady stream of questions about which ones actually arrived.

01

One number

Simple enough to run by hand.

02

More numbers

Each with its own status to keep straight.

03

More templates

Approved, pending, rejected — all moving.

04

More messages

And more questions about what happened to them.

Your connected numbers and the templates your customers actually receive, each showing the status Meta currently reports.

Template approval is Meta's decision. WA Console syncs and surfaces that status so you can see where each one stands without checking elsewhere.

Connect WhatsApp to the moments that matter.

A business event happens in the system you already run. WA Console is what carries it to WhatsApp and tells you what happened next.

These are examples of workflows businesses build. Your system decides when a message should go out — WA Console provides the WhatsApp infrastructure underneath, not the order, payment or support logic itself.

Business FAQ

Do I need a WhatsApp Business Account?

+

Yes. WA Console manages a WhatsApp Business Account you own — you connect it once through Meta’s Embedded Signup, and WA Console then syncs its phone numbers and templates. WA Console does not create the account for you.

Can I manage multiple phone numbers?

+

Yes. Numbers belonging to your account are synced from Meta and registered through the console, and each stays visible with its current status. Your plan includes one phone number per WABA; additional numbers are ₹199 per number per month.

Can I connect my existing application?

+

Yes. Your system sends an HTTP request to send a message, using a key pair issued in the console. There is no SDK to install. The developers page covers the endpoints and payloads in full.

Can I monitor message delivery?

+

Yes. Every message carries its status through sent, delivered and read, and a failure records the code, title and explanation Meta reported — so you see why it failed rather than just that it did.

Can I receive webhook events?

+

WA Console receives them from Meta, verifies the signature and stores them; you read them per account from the console or the API. WA Console does not currently forward events on to your own server.

Are Meta messaging charges included?

+

No. Your WA Console subscription is the platform fee for managing the infrastructure. Meta bills its WhatsApp messaging charges separately, based on your usage and Meta’s applicable pricing.

Can I start with one WABA?

+

Yes — Starter is one WhatsApp Business Account with one phone number included, at ₹499 per WABA per month. You can add more accounts later without changing how anything works.
