Drasken Labs (Drasken Labs Private Limited) provides software engineering and technology services, which may include custom software development, web development, mobile development, AI and automation, cloud and infrastructure services, platform engineering and observability.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with the website’s operation
• Introduce malicious code
• Abuse forms, comments or other communication features
• Scrape or reproduce content in a way that infringes applicable rights

The services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities and acceptance criteria for an engagement are set out in a proposal, statement of work, order form or separate agreement. Clients are responsible for providing the information, access, approvals and materials reasonably needed to perform the agreed services. Delays in receiving them may affect project timelines.

Fees and payment schedules are set by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work or agreement. Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points, not offers; the price for an engagement is the one agreed in writing.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Each party keeps the rights to materials it owned before the engagement.
• Third-party software remains subject to its own licence.
• Project-specific ownership or licensing is determined by the applicable agreement.

Content on this website belongs to Drasken Labs unless stated otherwise.

Projects may depend on third-party services, platforms, APIs, libraries or infrastructure providers, which are governed by their own terms and policies. Drasken Labs is not responsible for changes to, or failures of, third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that the materials, content, data and other information they supply to Drasken Labs may lawfully be used for the project.

Confidential information shared during an engagement is handled according to the applicable confidentiality agreement or contract. These website Terms are not a substitute for a non-disclosure agreement where one is needed.

The website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drasken Labs makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Warranties for project work are set out in the applicable service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a particular engagement is governed by the applicable agreement between Drasken Labs and the client.

Where applicable and to the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the website or breach of these Terms. Project-specific indemnities are handled in the applicable contract.

Access to website features may be suspended or ended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or other legitimate reasons. Termination of services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are published on this page with a revised date at the top.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, India have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them. For client engagements, the governing law in the applicable agreement takes precedence.
