Accessibility Statement

We aim to build accessibility into the design and development of our website. Areas we consider include:

• Keyboard navigation — menus, dropdowns, selectors and forms work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure, with one main heading per page.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• Form labels, with errors described in text and focus moved to the first field to fix.
• Colour contrast and readable typography, with body text of at least 15px.
• Responsive layouts that reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Reduced motion: animation and smooth scrolling are turned off when your device asks for less motion.
• Status messages, such as a successful form submission, announced to screen readers.

We aim to align the website with recognised accessibility practice, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), where reasonably applicable.

The website has not been formally audited against WCAG, so we do not claim full conformance with any level of the guidelines.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the website changes, we check new pages against these practices and work to fix issues as we find them. Known limitations:

• Images in older blog articles may lack full text alternatives.
• Some older pages have not yet been reviewed to the same level as newer ones.

Some third-party services, embedded content and external websites linked from ours are not controlled by Drasken Labs and may have their own accessibility characteristics.

If you have difficulty accessing or using any part of the website, please tell us. Including the page address, a description of the problem and any assistive technology you use helps us understand and fix it.

We review accessibility feedback and consider appropriate improvements based on the nature of the issue. Where you need information in a different format, tell us and we will work with you to provide it.
