Only the data a task needs is sent to a model, access rules decide what each user’s answers can draw on, and every model call is logged. Training depends on the provider and plan: business API terms from major providers generally exclude API data from training by default, but terms change, so we review them with you before any data is sent. Your regulatory obligations remain yours; we build to support them.
Only as far as you decide. Our agents are not fully autonomous by default: they work within defined limits, log every step, and wait for a person to approve actions that matter. How much an agent may do alone is agreed with you, per action.

Most often models from OpenAI and Anthropic — directly, or through Amazon Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry inside your own cloud account — chosen per task on quality, cost and data requirements. Training a custom model is rarely needed; established models plus your data through retrieval are faster and cheaper.
Then we say so. Many workflows need rules and integrations rather than AI, which are cheaper and fully predictable. We automate with whichever fits and use AI only for the steps that need reading, judgement or language.
