Depending on how you use the website, you may give us:

• Project and service enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, the service you are interested in, your project details and choices such as project stage, budget range and timeline, and anything you write in your message.
• Drasken Cloud early access: your name, work email, company, what you are building, the type of workload and any message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Blog comments: your name, email address and comment. Your name and comment are published with the article once approved; your email address is not.
• Anything else you choose to send us, for example by email or WhatsApp.

When you visit the website, some technical information is collected automatically:

• By our hosting and content delivery providers: your IP address, browser and device information and the pages requested, used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• By our own attribution cookie: how you first reached the site — the referring website or campaign and the first page you landed on. This is attached to any enquiry you send.
• By analytics and advertising tools: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the referring website, and interactions such as button clicks and form submissions.

When you send an enquiry, we use what you provide — together with how you reached the site — to reply, discuss your requirements, prepare a proposal or estimate and follow up about the service you asked about. Enquiries are stored in our lead-management system. If you reached the site from one of our ads, the enquiry also carries that ad’s click and campaign identifiers, so we can tell which ads bring enquiries and report the enquiry back to the ad platform (Google or Meta) as a conversion.

The website uses cookies and browser storage for site functionality, remembering preferences, analytics, security and measuring advertising. Our Cookie Policy lists each one, what it does and how to control it.

The website uses these third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and blog content are handled by systems operated by Drasken Labs on our own hosting.

We share personal information only as described in this policy: with the service providers above, where they process it to operate the website or measure its use, and where we are required to by law. We do not publish your contact details, except your name alongside an approved blog comment.

We work with clients and service providers in different countries, and some of the services above process data outside India. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we handle it in line with the legal requirements that apply.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, including:

• Providing services and following up on enquiries
• Keeping business records
• Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements
• Meeting legal obligations

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent, where we rely on it
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive your information in a portable format, where applicable

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where the law prohibits it. If we learn that we have, we will take appropriate steps in line with the law that applies.
