The challenge
FinLeap needed to go from a monolithic MVP to a fully multi-tenant SaaS platform capable of serving enterprise clients with data isolation, role-based access, and usage-based billing — without a long rewrite.
Our approach
- Designed a multi-tenant architecture with PostgreSQL row-level security so tenant data is isolated at the database layer, not just in application code.
- Built subscription and usage-based billing on Stripe, with metering wired into the product so invoices match real consumption.
- Added enterprise SSO/SAML and granular role-based access control, then put the whole platform behind CI/CD with automated tests.
