The challenge
Nexus Analytics needed a functional, demo-ready product to close their seed round. They had a design but no technical team, no infrastructure, and an 8-week deadline.
Our approach
- Assembled a 3-engineer pod and worked directly from their Figma designs.
- Built a Next.js frontend with a Python/FastAPI backend and shipped behind CI/CD from week one.
- Deployed on AWS with billing wired in, and delivered a working product on day 52.
